It was New Years Eve and he cancelled our room with no where to go because he automatically assumed we would do the wrong thing because we were young. Once he told us his rules we were happy to abide however he simply decided to still cancel because “it was up to his discretion” and “he had a bad feeling about us”. We booked this hotel last minute due to the changes in the border restrictions and were left with no where to go as everywhere was booked out. Never again coming back. We have many friends and family who holiday in this location and we will be going out of our way to not support this hotel.

Top quality ! - Gillian Robson Added July 04, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★Friendly helpful hosts Mark and Sue made us feel so welcome, this motel changed hands in March 2021 so we decided to make a return visit. I suggest anyone else who had a bad experience in the past to give this motel another go. So close to town, wineries, great base for day trips to other great towns in the region. Spotlessly clean rooms.
